As many of you know, we purchased our vacation/retirement home a couple of years ago in Discovery Bay. That left us with three houses – so we decided to remodel the small home in the over 55 community we owned (on Tangerine Street in San Ramon) and, when complete, sell our larger home in San Ramon to consolidate to the Discovery Bay and smaller home. Well, done and done…

We had remodeled the kitchen about 6 years ago – but we ended up doing that again in this remodel. The following pictures focus on the main parts of the remodel – new Master Suite, Living Room, Kitchen and the garage – where we basically made it another work room of the house – using the old kitchen cabinets, adding a laundry tub and installing a tankless water heater. Finally, I have included pictures of the deck and backyard – where Sara worked some magic.
